Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Felda Dashboard (TiTO), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms apply to all authorised users, including administrators, managers, and staff members granted access by FELDA Plantation Management System Berhad ("FPMSB").

2. Authorised Use

Access to TiTO is restricted to personnel authorised by FPMSB. You agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes on behalf of FPMSB or its affiliated entities.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Not attempt to access areas of the system beyond your assigned role and permissions.
• Report any suspected security incidents or unauthorised access to your system administrator immediately.

3. Social Media Integration

TiTO allows authorised administrators to connect their Facebook Page and Instagram Business account for the purpose of publishing official content. By connecting your social media account, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised administrator of the Facebook Page or Instagram account being connected.
• You have the authority to publish content on behalf of the organisation associated with those accounts.
• You will not use the integration to publish misleading, offensive, or unauthorised content.
• You understand that FPMSB does not control the availability or functionality of Meta's APIs and accepts no liability for service disruptions from Meta.

4. Content Responsibility

All content published through TiTO — including news articles, reports, and media — is the responsibility of the user who initiates the publication. FPMSB is not liable for content published in error or without proper authorisation. Users must ensure all published content complies with applicable Malaysian laws and FPMSB's internal communication guidelines.

5. Data & Confidentiality

Information accessed through TiTO — including plantation data, staff records, operational reports, and financial figures — is confidential and proprietary to FPMSB. You agree not to:

• Export, copy, or share system data with unauthorised parties.
• Use data obtained from TiTO for any purpose other than your assigned responsibilities.
• Retain copies of sensitive data beyond what is operationally necessary.

6. Account Termination

FPMSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your access to the system and all associated data will be revoked immediately.

7. System Availability

FPMSB will make reasonable efforts to ensure TiTO is available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, designs, and documentation forming part of TiTO are the intellectual property of FPMSB or its licensed vendors. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without express written approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPMSB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TiTO, including any loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm resulting from content published through the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

FPMSB may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of TiTO after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
